White Chocolate Cookes

Ingredients and Method
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Wellbee's Almond Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 6 T Wellbee's Cocoa Butter (first melt, then measure)
- 2 tsp Wellbee's Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 C Honey
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined.
- Form tablespoon-sized balls and slightly flatten onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F for 8 minutes.
- Rotate the pan and bake an additional 2-4 minutes until golden.
- Cool to room temperature then freeze. These are best cold from the fridge or freezer.
