The full-bodied flavor enhances frozen desserts, baked goods and cocoa as well as savory dishes, like soups, gravies, tomato sauces and salsas. Plus, this concentrated extract is easy to keep on hand, unlike ground coffee or beans, which rapidly lose their flavor.
